Tests include: Pure Tone Audiometry, Speech Audiometry, Tympanometry, OAE, and BERA as needed.

Results & Recommendation

Your audiologist explains your test results in simple language, discusses treatment options, and recommends the most suitable hearing aid style and technology for your needs and budget.

We cover: Type of hearing loss, treatment options, hearing aid recommendations, pricing, and EMI plans.

Hearing Aid Trial & Fitting

Experience the difference immediately. We let you try different hearing aids in the clinic and professionally fit your chosen device with precise programming matched to your audiogram.

Included: Free trial, custom ear mould (if needed), initial programming, and usage training.

Orientation & Counselling

We teach you how to insert, remove, clean, and maintain your hearing aids. We also counsel you on realistic expectations and strategies for different listening environments.

You'll learn: Daily care routine, battery management, troubleshooting tips, and communication strategies.

Follow-Up & Rehabilitation

We schedule regular follow-up visits at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months after fitting. Adjustments are made based on your feedback and progress to ensure optimal performance.

Long-term support: Free adjustments for 1 year, annual hearing check-ups, and lifetime servicing support.
